Internal Plumbing Applications (Form HHE-211) are also available at the Lincolnville Town Office.  Lincolnville's Licensed Plumbing Inspector must compute the fee and process the application prior to work being started.

Subsurface Wastewater Disposal System Applications (HHE-200), once completed by a certified site evaluator, must be submitted in triplicate to the Lincolnville Licensed Plumbing Inspector (LPI) prior to any work being started.  The LPI will compute the fee and perform the necessary inspections.
