The Planning Board, consisting of five voting members with staggered three-year terms and two alternates (appointed annually), reviews land use applications (subdivision, commercial site plan, etc.) in accordance with the provisions of the Lincolnville Land Use Ordinance.  The Planning Board also works in collaboration with the Land Use Committee to prepare amendments to the Land Use Ordinance.

The Planning Board meets on the second and last Wednesdays of the month at the Town Office.  The meetings are televised on cable and can be viewed on Channel 22.
