The Board of Appeals consists of five voting members with staggered three-year terms and two alternates (appointed annually).

The Board of Appeals meets when a decision of the Code Enforcement Officer and/or Planning Board is appealed, a special exception is requested, or a variance is requested in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Land Use Ordinance.  Meetings are held at the Lincolnville Town Office (unless otherwise noticed).
